Jeg har lidt skeptisk i starten, da jeg så størrelsen, og det krævede lige et par forsøg at få sat den rigtigt de første par gange, men nu er den nem at sætte op og er mega behagelig at bruge! Jeg foretrækker klart at bruge den i stedet for koppen, det er i hvert fald væsentligt mere behageligt for mig.
Compared to a cup: easy to use, comfortable, doesn't leak. All in all a better choice. Removing does however need practice.
Jeg har brugt menstruationskop siden 2017, og altid været så glad for det. Men jeg har også haft virkelig slemme menstruationssmerter, især også på dag 2, som jeg tænker det er for mange kvinder. Har for nyligt skiftet til en menstruationsdisk, har haft en cyklus med menstruationsdisk og kan allerede nu, mærker en klar forbedring af min menstruationssmerter. Der gik en dag, hvor jeg lige skulle forstå hvordan den virkede, men det fandt jeg hurtigt ud af. Derudover er det også en klar fordel at det er muligt at have sex med den i. Og at man kan tømme den uden at tage den ud, som man skulle med en menstruationskop. Kommer aldrig til at skifte tilbage til menstruationskoppen, det er nok det bedste menstruationsprodukt på markedet.

The menstrual disc is easy to insert and remove, as well as being very comfortable. Once in place you cannot feel the disc at all, it’s as though there is nothing there which is wonderful during your monthly discomfort.
I would 100% recommend.
I love them. Paired them with the cup and it was so comfortable and hassle free. The sizing is very comfortable, I'm a 12-14 and the L is perfect with the XL being comfortable with a bit more give for the very bloated days.
I haven't worn then alone so can't speak on how much the hold for those heavy day 1-2. But I never bought them for that purpose. I bought the heavy flow for my own peace of mind. But for the end days they would absolutely work fine.
My only suggestion would be to buy at least 3-4 pants I bought 2 as a trial and keeping on top of the hand washing and drying was a little bit annoying but otherwise no complaints.

I have 5 light/moderate undies and 2 moderate/heavy undies and I can say these are sooooo confortable. They hold my flow for 5 days perfectly. I recommend these all the time to my girls. 🙏🩸
I’ve been using the cup from allmatters for a few years now. Always used the mini size and just recently had to use my normal sized bigger cup as well but did experience some cramps from that one. I’ve always wanted to try a disk but not sure what brand to pick so when my fav brand came out with one I immediately ordered one. Especially when already being familiar with the cup a disk is less intimidating probably. I was a bit scared if I got the placement right but on my first try I didn’t experience any leaks and already figured the autodumping works for me so that’s great !! And no weird cramps! Hopefully I can get an IUD now. My only reason not to get one was because of the love for my cup haha. Very happy with my disk <3
I've been using OrganiCup exclusively for past 5 years at least, and l love it, but I really wanted to try a disc for the added benefit that you can have sex while the disc is inserted. And it's perfect!!! I was nervous to insert it for the first time, thinking I won't be able to tell if it's been inserted correctly, but it's sooo much easier than I expected. Got it right the first time, and it only takes a couple of seconds. You really don't feel it at all. Plus, you can go longer before emptying it, which is very convenient.
Honestly, the thought of using tampons or pads terrify me, it's like stone age stuff in comparison.

Na veel irritatie bij wegwerp producten overgestapt op de cup. Door heftige menstruaties en niet tegen tampons kunnen vond ik het toch best even spannend. Maar het valt echt heel erg mee! Je hebt het zo onder de knie en ik heb me nog nooit zo schoon en vrij gevoeld tijdens mijn menstruatie. Ik was heel sceptisch maar ik raad het iedereen aan. Echt top

I've transitioned to using a menstrual cup 6 years ago, and haven't looked back since. It has made my periods SO MUCH MORE BEARABLE.
I am a very active person; before getting the cup, every period would stop me from working out and running because of the discomfort and uncertainty that a tampon could keep up with me.
Switching to the menstrual cup has made a world of difference!! I feel so secure and so comfortable I even forget I'm on my period.

Using the menstrual cup gets rid of the worst part of periods for me - feeling the shedded lining coming out. The cup has vastly improved my quality of life when I'm on my period. It takes time to get used to putting it in correctly and after using it for 4 years, I still get it wrong sometimes. My best memory with the OrganiCup is when I played sand volleyball in the rain and I completely forgot I was on my period. Fantastic product!

I was really debating if I should buy the cup or not. I feared it would end up as just another useless item at home. I bought the size B, when it arrived I was surprised how large it looked, but everything went easier than I expected! I’ve used pads all my life but now I wish I’d discovered the cup much earlier in life! First time in my life I’ve actually enjoyed having a period - thanks to the menstrual cup I forgot I was having a period! ✨ I definitely recommend buying it, don’t overthink, just do it - you’ll be happy.

I’ve been using this cup for almost 4 years now. And I’m impressed that the price of the cups in that time has actually gone down. I used it when studying abroad, hiking, and traveling throughout the Amazon and Peru. Truly life saving and I couldn’t recommend it more. Also so comfortable you don’t even feel it. I love that you can where it for 12 hour and not worry about it.
