How do I claim it?
Here’s how our promise works for each product:
Menstrual Cup
We give you a full 90 days to get comfortable with your new cup. If you've tried it for a few cycles and feel the size isn't quite right, we'll gladly send you a different size for free or give you a full refund on your first cup. Any other cups from your order just need to be sent back unused in their sealed packaging.
Period Underwear
You have 90 days to make sure our period underwear is right for you. If they're not the perfect fit, we'll offer a full refund for one used pair. Need a different size or want to return the others? No problem. We can exchange or refund any additional pairs as long as they are unwashed and unworn. It's perfectly fine if the packaging has been opened.
Menstrual Disc
The disc can take a little getting used to, so please take up to 90 days to try it out. If after a few cycles you decide it’s not for you, we'll give you a full refund for one used disc. If you ordered more than one, the others can be returned for a refund as long as they're unopened and in their original packaging.
